To create a brand framework that conveys the disruptive nature of its products and fits the codes of the global gaming community. To represent the strategy of destroying what’s not working through unprecedented resources by way of verbal and visual identity.

What we did

 

Inspired by an old-school computer chess game, we introduced a powerful brand symbol that represents a new order — that the power has been taken and the king is dead — while the stone-engraved roman typography serves as an inspiration for the wordmark. One of the brand’s toolkit protagonists is the typography that features variable heights and widths — representing the brand's spirit through powerful and daring compositions. The contrasting black and white color palette, paired with victorious golden accents and high-contrast photographs position the brand as an industry game-changer. The semantic-filled gaming universe worked as an inspiration for messaging and graphic elements.
